Our portfolio basically consists of three types of assets: retail parks, clusters and stand-alone properties

Retail park
a structured open-air shopping complex generally on the outskirts of cities and easily accessible by car, designed and managed as a single whole, comprising at least five rental units and with a constructed area of more than 3,000 m². -
Cluster
set of peripheral stores, from 2 to 5 lots, sometimes contiguous, grouped together in a single zone but without common infrastructure other than car park -
Stand alone
independent store on the periphery, often large, with some dedicated parking spaces and located beside a busy major highway
