Your mission
As an assistant for the Legal & Customer Service departments, you will organize and anticipate tasks to enable your managers to concentrate on their missions, and interact with other departments as required.
You will provide administrative support for both departments and manage the following tasks:
Corporate House Keeping & Legal:
- You will be responsible for legal obligations (diary management, retro planning, etc.) relating to the department: publications in the Monitor, compilation and identification of leases, etc. ;
- Management of invitations to general meetings;
- Participation in the layout and proofreading of administrative minutes;
- Act as administrative support for the legal manager: diary, travel, expense accounts, etc.
Customer Service :
- Ensure that the database is kept up to date: encoding, corrections, etc. ;
- Participate in the management of unpaid invoices (follow-up tables, reminders, etc.);
- Assisting in the management and monitoring of sales and guarantees (Excel spreadsheets, filing, reminders, certificates, etc.);
- Safe management and organization;
Profile required
- Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in executive assistant/secretarial studies and at least 3/5 years’ experience?
- Do you have a perfect command of French and excellent spelling?
- Do you have a good knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)?
- Are you enthusiastic, curious and dynamic?
- Are you rigorous, organized and proactive?
- Knowledge of English is an asset.
